She has curated, led and facilitated talent programs to identify high-potentials and high-performers to re-vitalize talent development. Created high-end communication tools and methodologies that led to global collaboration, people engagement and organization development.

Being a seasoned psychologist Rajini has developed several psychometric tools and applied them in various groups and facilitations to bring about quick and lasting transformations in people.  With the intrapereneurial attitude, Rajini has designed and led breakthrough initiatives and programs across industries.

Rajini is passionate about advancing diversity. She was the chief architect of the Diversity & Inclusion through Women Allies (DIWA) – Pfizer India Women network with a vision to advance women talent in an inclusive manner.  Rajini has led the Internal Complaints Committee (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace) of Pfizer India as its chairperson for 5 years and professionally led the committee by providing right recommendations to the board of Pfizer India.  Rajini leads state & community wide people development and diversity programs.
