Rajini is passionate about advancing diversity. She was the chief architect of the Diversity & Inclusion through Women Allies (DIWA) – Pfizer India Women network with a vision to advance women talent in an inclusive manner. Rajini has led the Internal Complaints Committee (Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at workplace) of Pfizer India as its chairperson for 5 years and professionally led the committee by providing right recommendations to the board of Pfizer India.
